To limit the possibilities of identifiability, significant digits for betas and standard errors are limited to three decimal points and no sample allele frequencies are provided (the reported allele frequencies are from the CEU, GBR and TSI populations in the 1000G sample).
We provide results from six different analyses.
1. GWAS_NEUR_full.txt – neuroticism meta-analysis of all discovery cohorts. All SNPs.
2. GWAS_SWB_CLUMPED.1e-5.txt - subjective well-being meta-analysis of all discovery cohorts. Pruned set of SNPs with p-values less than or equal to 1e-5. 146 SNPs.
3. GWAS_DEP_CLUMPED.1e-5.txt - depressive symptoms meta-analysis of all discovery cohorts. Pruned set of SNPs with p-values less than or equal to 1e-5. 248 SNPs.
4. MTAG_NEUR_CLUMPED.1e-5.txt - neuroticism results from MTAG on neuroticism, subjective well-being, and depressive symptoms meta-analyses. Pruned set of SNPs with MTAG-produced p-values less than or equal to 1e-5. 247 SNPs.
5. MTAG_SWB_CLUMPED.1e-5.txt - subjective well-being results from MTAG on neuroticism, subjective well-being, and depressive symptoms meta-analyses. Pruned set of SNPs with MTAG-produced p-values less than or equal to 1e-5. 247 SNPs.
6. MTAG_DEP_CLUMPED.to10K.txt - depressive symptoms results from MTAG on neuroticism, subjective well-being, and depressive symptoms meta-analyses. Pruned set of SNPs with the lowest MTAG-produced p-values such that the total number of SNPs reported in files 2-6 equals 10,000. 9,112 SNPs.
Each file consists of the following columns:
MarkerName: SNP rs number.
CHR: chromosome number.
POS: base pair position.
A1: effect allele.
A2: other allele.
EAF: A1 frequency in 1000G sample (CEU, GBR and TSI individuals).
Beta: Standardized regression coefficient.
SE: standard error of beta.
Pval: Nominal p-value of the null hypothesis that the coefficient is equal to zero.
