EA2p: nominal p-value for EA of the null hypothesis that the coefficient is equal to zero.
EA2R2: R2 of SNP on EA.
EA2_top_hit: dummy variable that is 1 if EA2p < 10^-5 and SNP has lowest p-value in its clump.
EAbeta: standardized regression coefficient for EA, i.e. per-allele effect size on EA that has been standardized to have unit variance.
SZfreq1: minor allele frequence of SNP in the SZ meta-analysis.
SZor: odds ratio of SNP for SZ.
SZse: standard error of ln(OR) for SZ.
SZp: nominal p-value for SZ of the null hypothesis that the coefficient is equal to zero.
SZbeta: regression coeffecient for SZ, calculated from ln(SZor).
EA_10000: dummy variable that is . for the first 10,000 SNPs that are most strongly associated with EA and 1 otherwise.
sign_sz: direction of effect of allele1 on SZ
sign_ea2: direction of effect of allele1 on EA
concordance: dummy variable that is 1 of sign_sz and sign_ea2 are the same (0 otherwise)
Association results are only provided for SNPs that pass quality-control filters described in Bansal et al. (2018).
To comply with the data sharing conditions of 23andMe, association results for EA (EA2zscore, EA2p, EA2R2, EA2_top_hit, EAbeta) are restricted to the first 10,000 most strongly associated SNPs for EA.
